When considering what to name their latest culinary venture, Chef/Artist Domenick Falcione and Anthony DeMaio decided on "Mojo", because it reflects their approach to food; something to be savored by all the senses. They've created an inviting setting and an intriguing menu that changes with the seasons. Their 'New American Eclectic Cuisine' is designed to be fresh, healthy and imaginative. The menu sparkles with organic grains and vegetables fresh from the farm, the finest meats from local butchers, seafood supplied by fishmongers and day boat catches, free-range chicken, and Loch Duart Salmon.
Mojo glows with gorgeous artwork, live jazz, and accoustic music. The perfect setting for adeptly prepared appetizers like Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and baked Escargot to be paired with a specialty cocktail or a selection from the global wine list. Signature entrees range from a beautiful Zuppa di Pesce brimming with fresh shellfish and Mahi in a wine/tomato broth; Asian-accented organic Salmon glazed in orange ginger to a juicy Mojo Burger with Bleu Cheese Bacon Truffled Fries. Mojo provides expert catering for weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, dinner parties, cocktail receptions and celebrations of all kinds both on premise and at the location of a client's choosing. The restaurant can host parties from 20-175 people. Chef Domenick Falcione is available for special event and private chef assignments.
