The Chef's Table has been pairing bold New American cuisine with friendly and professional service in Stuart since 2009. Ask anyone who has had the pleasure of dining at The Chef's Table and they'll tell you that Chef Adam Fatigate has, hands down, created one of the finest dining experiences on the Treasure Coast. And now, The Chef's Table would like to introduce you to their newest addition to the culinary team - Executive Chef Paolo Ferretti!
Chef Paolo hails from Senigallia, Italy where he worked his magic in the kitchens of more than a dozen Michelin starred restaurants over the years. From the moment the two met, Chef Adam recognized the great talent that Chef Paolo possessed, and in May 2019, he was asked to join The Chef's Table team. While Chef Adam still owns and manages the restaurant, Chef Paolo is creating their seasonal menus and uses classically trained techniques to showcase his handmade pastas, choice meats, the freshest seafood and peak-of-the-season vegetables.
Understated yet elegant with only 45 seats, the main dining room is centered around Adam's childhood table, which seats up to six. From Ricotta Gnocchi made by hand...to Braised Short Ribs, Grilled Octopus and his signature Rabbit Pappardelle, everything at The Chef's Table...including the intimate ambiance and the professional staff...is perfection.
