In July of 2018, Chef Luca Fontanarosa opened Corleone's in the old Lombardi's space and brought something truly amazing to Port St. Lucie. Born and raised in Italy, Chef Luca's passion has always been to cook good food. At Corleone's his star shines bright and guests are raving about his food that is made from scratch using organic produce, grass-fed meats, and antibiotic free and free range poultry. The quality of the ingredients makes all the difference and even though Corleone's is the new kid on the block, the word is spreading quickly because people who know good food are leaving rave reviews online (see below!).
Chef Luca's motto is "I'm gonna make you food you can't refuse." And his beautiful entrees are served with a choice of pasta or salad. Corleone's is where you want to be when you want excellent quality (always fresh, never frozen) food, cooked from scratch, from a chef that has a true passion to please his guests.
