Located in the Mill Avenue district in the heart of Tempe, Caffe Boa focuses on seasonally inspired, all natural organic and fresh cuisine and is complemented by a serious and extensive wine list that features "natural" wines made without any addition of chemicals, additives, and in many cases zero sulfur!!  Owner Jay Wisniewski, draws culinary influence from his travels throughout Europe where he spent many hours in the kitchen with local chefs learning their secrets and specialities.   He also is a certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers UK based and will reccomend unique selections that will not break the bank! This translates into an eclectic menu consisting of regional Italian dishes with a hint of Mediterranean and Adriatic Coastal influence.
