Description
Richard Bock is the owner and operator of Giuseppe's on 28th. He studied cooking in Italy for 9 years while performing as Principal Cellist in Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Orchestra. Returning from Florence he brought 9 years worth of authentic Italian recipes with him, which have featured on the Giuseppe's menu since 2002. Locals have sang the restaurant's praises so loudly that Food Network picked up on it and sent Guy Fieri out there to feature Giuseppe's on the popular show Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Stand out dishes on the menu include the Bolognese Ragu with fresh house made pasta. The recipe features ground beef, sausage, turkey, chicken and bacon with fresh herbs and tomato paste. Hmmmmmmm.... Italian Heaven.
