Gastropub (n): British term for a public house, better known as a "pub," which specializes in high-quality food, a step above the more basic "pub grub."

At Brittlebush Bar & Grill, the menu defines the balance between native Arizona favorites and the unique dishes of its gastropub roots. You’ll find a few options with Scottish influences that connect our culinary experience to our Scottish heritage and traditions of the Kierland Golf Course. The menu has been created with sustainability in mind by using local ingredients and flavors from across the state. We pride ourselves in showcasing the best regional purveyors possible and creating delectable farm- to-table dishes with their foods.

Some of our local Arizona partners include: Arizona Cowboy, Brat Haus, La Sonorense Tortilla Factory Mount Hope, Press Coffee Roasters, Queen Creek Olive Mill, Wildflower Bread Co., Four Peaks Brewing Company, Nimbus Brewing Company, SanTan Brewing Company, Sleepy Dog Brewery, The Grand Canyon Brewing Company, and Papago Brewing Co., including the signature "Piper's Ale," named after the "Bagpipes at Sunset Series" where the Resort's bagpiper plays every evening at sunset to call the golfer's in from a day on the links. A true culinary adventure that awaits golfers, resort guests, and locals alike.

Be immersed in Scottish traditions through the Resort's "Scottish Pipes at Sunset Series,"  "Saturday Night Scotch Tastings," the "Scottish Golf Experience," Scottish-themed wedding ceremony package, Bagpiper mascot and even a Resort dog, "Scotty" the Scottish Terrier.
