John and Sally Stilley, owners of the beloved Snappers Seafood in Boynton Beach, have splashed onto the culinary scene, bringing with them a full bar, cozy lounge seating area and a spacious, canopied outdoor dining room, complete with a gorgeous fountain, and a fireplace for cooler evenings. "Captain" John and Sally have also brought over thirty years of restaurant experience, along with their sons, General Manager Jordan, and Justin, who's on board at both the Wave and Snappers.
The family reputation is synonymous with the freshest, locally caught fish, prepared with a gourmet touch using sustainable farmed produce, served in hearty portions and offered at very reasonable prices. While the luscious, grain-fed, Western steaks and fall-off-the-bone ribs are awesome at Wave 2700, the healthful vegan lifestyle is taken very seriously here as well. Every Monday presents a beautiful three-course Vegan Dinner, accompanied by organic wines. Plus all the mouth-watering breads, soups, dressings and sauces are always made in-house!
