David Berman, who owns The Sculptured Ice Company in Fort Lauderdale, has partnered with a Russian billionaire, from Russia and Sunny Isles to create a unique and interesting backdrop for a nice culinary experience. The name may be a bit scary but the atmosphere is nothing but scary and chilly, with a full bar featuring an expensive specialty drinks list with large ice balls, a nice wine list prepared by our diamond rated sommelier and bartender, as well as a covered patio with candlelight, faux wicker chairs, white linen table cloths, and lovely booths, stunningly accented with black chandeliers and ice sculptures that melt away during your fantastic dinning experience with Tundra! 

The interesting menu, developed by the talented celebrity Executive Chef, David Berman, includes plates of small sizes, large sizes, and temperatures, combining only the best ingredients found at your local market. Highly recommended  is the "Tundra Tour" of ten petite servings of the menu's offerings at a fixed price. Or ask the seasoned, professional, competent, interesting, and talkative staff to help you design your own signature feast. Try Potato Pancakes with Polish Apple Strudel Sauce; Garlic Pepper Seared Tilapia; the fabulous frozen Tundra Shellfish on Ice, which includes Stone Crab Claws, Petite Prawns and San Francisco Bay Oysters with a spicy cocktail sauce and fresh lemon; and Crispy Drunken Squab bathed in Plum Sake Wine.  Or how about the Kobe Beef Burger made fresh tp order along with roma tomatoes, boston lettuce, bermuda onion, heinz catsup, and our special Tundra reduction, served with spicy sweet idaho fries. The possibilities are endless. Also the succulent Lobster Monte Cristo, a local favorite of live lobster steamed on premises, shredded, tundratized, lobster bisque 1000 island dressing, spinach, kale, arugula, ciopollini, sourdough buttered bread, toasted and baked. dessert is a whimsical fantasy fare too! With chocolate ice cream mousse prepared fresh with mascarpone ricotta and Marsala wine reduction raspberry.
