Executive Chef Rolph Fellhauer has created fantastic dishes such as the Mahi Marianne, with fresh Mahi, artichokes, capers & mushrooms reduced in a delicious white wine butter sauce..., or if you are in the mood for a little red meat the 24 oz Bone-in French Cut Cowboy Rib Eye is no joke and is a Tuna's restaurant standard. If the 24 oz is too big, our 10 oz Filet Mignon is our most tender cut of beef made to perfection with a rosemary, cabernet demi-glaze.
