Executive Chef David Rodriguez is firing up his culinary skills and launching Tapas Latin Fusion. David came to Vero Beach as the executive chef for Oriente at Costa d’Este Beach Resort owned by Six Times Grammy Award Winner Gloria Estefan and her Husband Music Producer Emilio Estefan. Chef Rodriguez, a Cuban-American, has worked in some of the best restaurants in Miami Beach as well as Larios and Oriente, where he fine-tuned his Cuban culinary repertoire. Chef David has been an active member Chef by the Prestigious James Beard Foundation. |
