The Spaniard is South Florida's premiere Paellas & Tapas restaurant. Located in downtown Boca Raton, The Spaniard offers authentic Spanish cuisine in a relaxing environment accompanied by fine Spanish wines and beautiful Flamenco dancing. Chef Jorge Fernandez has taken his traditional culinary art throughout Spain, France, England, Amsterdam, the Canary Islands, the Caribbean, and the United States, presenting his delicious Specialty Paellas and mouth-watering Spanish Tapas (hors d'oeuvres). He even trained a few chefs along the way.
To dine like a native Spaniard, select an assortment of hot Tapas, like Scallops with Almonds and Saffron, and tender chunks of Angus Filet Mignon with Mushrooms. Add a flavorful Ceviche of seafood "cooked" in lemon and a small plate of imported Spanish cured ham, enhanced with distinctive regional wines and sherry. Continue on to a Parillada de Carne or mixed grill of succulent meats, or share a gorgeous golden Paella brimming with shellfish, vegetables and chicken. Velvety Flan or mellow Whiskey Cake are sweet endings to your extraordinary meal.

Private Party Facilities: Our large private Dali Room can accommodate 50 to 70 people. The room features a full service bar, a 50-inch plasma screen TV that includes total presentation capabilities, a state of the art entertainment canter with iPod connection and also a restroom. There are a variety of ways this room can be configured and laid out. Whether you are looking for a sit down dinner, cocktail party or lounge atmosphere with couches and comfy chairs we will be happy to accommodate your needs. The entire restaurant, including the Dali Room and The Picasso Lounge may accommodate up to 200 people.
