Since 1993, Chef/Owner Marco Pindo has offered nothing but flavor to every single dish he prepares at this beautiful Boca Raton restaurant. Using his experience working in the Boston Fish Market, Chef Marco hand picks a a variety of local and exotic fresh fish selections every day. Each dish is accompanied by a sauce of your choice. If you ask Chef Marco, he simply recommends olive oil and lemon...so the fresh, delicious flavor of the fish is the star. But there are 8 delightful homemade sauces to choose from, to accompany your fish...if you wish!
There are many pastas to choose from; among them, angel hair, gnocchi, butternut squash ravioli, bowtie pasta, and even whole wheat pasta. You then choose from 12 different pasta sauces, some of which you simply never see on a restaurant menu like Puttanesca, Alio e Olio, or Rapini Sauce. But Chef Marco is famous for his award winning Rigatoni Sapori recipe, which was featured in La Cucina Italiana Magazine...it's Rigatoni, topped with diced proscuitto, onions, basil, mascarpone and tomato puree. It is pure joy to your tastebuds. There are a variety of Veal and Chicken entrees, too, including two different Veal Chop offerings.
Chef Marco's manner and techniques of cooking are a bit different from others and each dish is prepared to order so you are tasting the best possible flavors, prepared and served just the way your meal should be. There is a very nice wine list and your knowledgable server would be happy to provide suggestions for the perfect bottle to pair with your meal.
