Miami's original Rincon Argentino was established in June of 1987 by Argentine-Italian Miguel DeMarziani and his wife Ileana. Their success grew not only from the excellence of superior meats and homemade pastas, warm atmosphere and personal service, but also from their desire to bring the wonderful flavors and hospitality of Argentina to their guests.
In February 2001, a second location opened and the tradition was continued by their son Michael, who, along with his uncle Juan Carlos, continues to enjoy the pleasure of serving juicy Steaks, Sausages and Chicken flame-grilled over an open pit; impeccably fresh Seafood dishes; and sumptuous, homemade Italian pasta in a variety of luscious sauces.
Incomparable house specials, like butter-soft Filet Mignon in Mustard Sauce with Three Peppers, and savory Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms, have earned Rincon Argentino the title of "The King of Meats" by the Gables Gazette, raves from El Nuevo Herald newspaper and a coveted spot in "The Best of the Best" edition of the Miami New Times. A selection from the impressive wine list is the perfect accompaniment to the outstanding food here at the Rincon, your own cozy "corner" of Argentina.
