Pistache is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products.
This moderately priced bistro serves breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the beautiful fountains at Centennial Square at the east end of Clematis Street, just steps from The Cuillo Center for the Arts. On Saturdays and Sundays they also serve a lovely ala carte brunch. And in the European tradition, they even have a late night Supper menu.
Service is casual and efficient and the recipes are nutritionally healthy. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau period, which defined most brasseries and bistros in the 1920's. Pastiche boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated yet unpretentious.
