In Greece, when someone invites you to their home, there is a sense of pride in making sure you leave happy and satiated. Chef Christina Lempesi, a Greek immigrant with many years of culinary experience, takes similar pride in cooking, baking and serving authentic home-made Greek cuisine. She prepares every traditional Greek dish from scratch, from the hand-stuffed grapevine leaves (dolmadakia) to the multi-layered mousaka, and culminating in the finely prepared home-made desserts. In addition, Mythos has become famous for their unique humus recipe and the marinated lamb chops that will leave you licking your fingers.
