For over fourteen years, guests have been visiting Marola's Trattoria in Cooper City for the warm atmosphere as much as for the delicious Shrimp Scampi served on a bed of Angel Hair Primavera, lovingly tossed with vegetables and a heavenly Scampi Sauce.
Proprietors Rolando and Omar treat their customers like royalty; in fact, the word "trattoria" is derived from a Latin phrase describing the arranging of special meals for the traveling royal family. Marola's is a family friendly restaurant serving fine dining in a casual setting.
In addition to the regular menu, Chef Rolando creates a weekly specials menu, with dishes such as Salmon stuffed with Mascarpone Cheese and Spinach, Petite Veal Rack, and House Made Butternut Squash Ravioli in a butter and sage sauce. More casual dining includes Chicken Francese, house made Lasagna and Personal Gourmet Pizzas. Desserts are all house made, and include Mascarpone Cheese Flan, Tiramisu and Italian Ricotta Cheesecake.
