The welcome is warm at the Lost and Found Saloon, a small, casually cowboy-cool restaurant/wine-and-beer bar in Miami's hip Design District. Décor and food are Southwestern-themed, and the interior is loaded with quirky charm and personality.  Except for the flat-screen TVs showing surfing movies, this saloon could have been a Western movie set!   Everything from the wood hand-carved tables and bar to the wagon wheel lamps suspended from the ceiling and the cow rug hanging on the wall gives the place that cowboy vibe.  "Customers give us stuff all the time," said owner Bercel. Over four years he has collected stuff that his clients pick up in their travels.  But the best part of Lost and Found is the grub and that they're open 'til the wee hours!

Start the day with an omelet made with free-range eggs, or come on in for lunch and enjoy tacos or burritos - available with plenty of add-ons.   The spicy, creamy, chunky Chicken Enchilada Soup is so good that "Miami New Times" placed it high up on their 100 best dishes, and the Posse Energy Burritos, Tenderloin Tips, Pulled Pork on Sourdough and the 8 oz. Angus Burger and are all great choices that cowboys (and girls) can sink their teeth into.  Natural food foodies can indulge in a variety of fresh salads and vegetarian options.  

Those who have fallen off the sin wagon must not miss the housemade, lemon-crusted Wild Berry Pie....AND "Best Cookie of 2008"   Yes.  Best Cookie - 4.8 ounces. Chocolate Chunk, Vanilla Macadamia White Chocolate, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, Vegan Chocolate Chip, Vegan Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal, and Vegan Spicy Mexican Snicker doodle. Available with ice cream.  BOY HOWDY!!!
