French born Chef Paul Collange welcomes you to the charming Le Rivage in Boca Raton. After apprenticing in his home country, he polished his culinary skills at le Festival in Cannes and the illustrious Martinez Concorde and Carlton Hotels. In Boca Raton, Chef Paul continued his love affair with food at Chez Marcel and as partner at Marcel's French Restaurant. Now, he and Chef Steven Levine bring exquisitely authentic French cuisine to Le Rivage, voted Best French Restaurant by Boca Raton Magazine and the Sun Sentinel in 2009 and 2010. Everything, from the paintings by impressionist Pierre Vallon to the courteous service, from the romantic cafe ambiance to the fresh flowers and especially the extraordinary food, is truly French. The fine wine list includes vintages from throughout Europe, as well as California.
Savor classic French Onion Soup, bubbling with hot cheese, or delicate Escargots, and if you choose the Fisherman's Daughter Shrimp Scampi, you'll be blessed with five large Shrimp in al dente Pasta, with a Carrot Souffle, Creamed Spinach and Asparagus, a dish that could be the best you've ever tasted!
For lunch, have a crisp salad with homemade Vinaigrette, so special that you'll want to bring a bottle home, and the superb Seafood Crepes.
