Searching - How do I find restaurants I want?

Over to the right, you will see an area that says Find Restaurants.
You can search by Keyword (Italian, Mexican, Fine dining, etc.) You can search by Location. Hint - Update Your Home Location to help the site deliver more relevant information
You can search by Alphabetical Index. Click on a Letter to find restaurants that begin with that letter. You can always select "All" to see all of our offers listed alphabetically. Hint- If you leave the Zip Code Field blank and click "Find", you can see a list of ALL of our restaurants starting with the closest to "Your Home Location" |

Registering - How do I sign up?
Before you can purchase a dining certificate for half price, you need to register for an account. (It’s FREE) Click on REGISTER HERE and enter your information in the fields, and then click on the Register button at the bottom. You will then be allowed to purchase certificates for half price on LocalDines.com.
Some of the fabulous deals our restaurants offer at LocalDines.com are limited to (1) certificate per household. LocalDines.com must RESTRICT ACCOUNTS TO ONLY ONE (1) PER HOUSEHOLD. We must restrict the number of accounts in order for us to be fair to our customers and restaurant owners.
Click on User Login located at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password and select "Log In".
Adding to Cart - How to add Certificates to My Cart?
If you can see the "Add to Cart" button, it is available for purchase. You will need to be logged in to view everything that is available, especially for restaurants that your household has already purchased that may be limited to one (1) per household every 30, 90, 180 days or more.
Checking Out - How do I View Cart and Check Out?
Click on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner to begin the check out process.
Printing - How Do I Print (Reprint)?
To Print (or Reprint) Certificates:
Please log in to your account. (the same way you do to purchase certificates)
Click on "My Account" at the top of the page. (This also happens to be the first page you land on after logging in)
The default view is Your Certificate History
You will notice 2 tabs - Not Yet Printed & Already Printed
Next to each restaurant name you will see an orange box that says print options.
You will have the following options:
View (This loads a web page with the certificate that you can print)
Download (This Loads a PDF – You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Print This loads directly to your print queue
Email This allows you to email a link to the certificate
Fax This allows you to send the certificate directly to a fax machine
Please leave the certificate OPEN on your screen until it has fully printed out from your computer.
Terms and Conditions
MAKING A PURCHASE: Our online Shopping Cart is very user friendly. We accept online payments with MC,VISA, DISCOVER & AMEX. You may purchase up to 19 Gift Certificates at one time. We charge a small processing fee 4% of your order ($1 min) which you will be able to view prior to checkout. If you are having any problems contact info@localdines.com.
RECEIVING YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATES: You can print gift certificates right from your computer or e-mail certificates to a friend, directly from your account. Or, if you prefer, you can select to have your certificates mailed to you via US Postal Service. When choosing this option, customers usually have their gift certificates within 1-4 days and additional printing and postage fee will be charged.
RESTRICTIONS: LocalDines.com Gift Certificate standard restrictions are as follows:
- You may only use ONE Gift Certificate per table.
- Certificates are valid for 90 days from date of purchase.
- Certificates have no cash value and no change will be issued.
- Certificates may not be used with in conjunction with any other coupons, certificates, or restaurant promotions.
- Tax and tip are NOT included. (Unless otherwise specified.) Please remember to base your gratuity according to the TOTAL bill before your discount.
Each restaurant may have its own additional restrictions. You may view those restrictions by clicking on "TERMS" on each individual restaurant's page.
ACCOUNTS:
LocalDines.com must RESTRICT ACCOUNTS TO ONLY ONE (1) PER HOUSEHOLD. Some of the fabulous deals our restaurants offer are limited to one (1) certificate per household. We must restrict the number of accounts in order for us to be fair to our customers and restaurant owners.
You will be allowed to order certificates immediately; however you cannot print and/or e-mail certificates until your account has been verified. During regular business hours most accounts are verified within minutes but can take up to an hour. During weekends and holidays, accounts can take up to 24 hours to be verified.
Please treat your LocalDines.com certificates as you would cash! Neither LocalDines.com nor any participating restaurant or business will be responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or expired certificates. No exceptions.
There are no refunds. You may extend or return an unused certificate for LocalDines credit anytime!

LocalDines.com certificates are for ONE TIME USE ONLY. Any attempt at re-use, sale, trade, or duplication of LocalDines.com certificates is prohibitive by law. Unauthorized or duplicate use of any certificate will be considered FRAUD and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Members who are found redeeming duplicate certificates will be required to reimburse LocalDines.com the FULL FACE VALUE of the certificate.
