Owners Ana Rosa & Alex Jochamowitz have such a wonderful story behind the creation of their restaurant that it would be a shame not to share it here. It is a story of a love that started out in Lima, Peru in the 1980's which eventually was lost due to Ana Rosa leaving to immigrate to the United States. Each went on to marry other people, have children and divorce. The two hadn't spoken in decades. 25 years later, the couple would reunite when a chain letter (which included both of their email addresses) was sent. Ana Rosa contacted Alex to ask if he was one and the same. And as fate would have it, he was. And although he was in Washington, D.C. at the time, and she was in Lake Worth, the two reconnected and the rest is history. Read entire story here
