On the table, you'll notice your red and green disc. Green means go and red means stop. Flip your disc to RED while you start your journey at a trip to the immense, trans-fat free Salad Bar which offers 40 hot and cold items from homemade soups, salads of every kind, ceviche, rice, potatoes, smoked meats and cheeses and more.
