El Vato's motto is "Eat Better, Feel Better!" While most chickens stay cooped up, theirs are naturally raised by select family farms with plenty of fresh air and an all-veggie, antibiotic and hormone-free diet. Their certified humane Angus beef cattle are raised naturally and humanely for exceptional juiciness, tenderness and flavor. And any dish can be vegan, using award-winning Daiya non-dairy cheese and Smart Ground veggie protein. El Vato's chips and salsas are made fresh daily, guacamole is prepared to order and corn tortillas are gluten free! Even the irresistible fried dishes are prepared using the healthiest , low saturated oil available, with zero grams of trans fat, no hydrogenation, and heart healthy Omega 3 fatty acids.
