An old-fashioned diner experience is what you'll find at Flashback Diner. Their menu is complete with home style favorites like Yankee Pot Roast and Liver with Onions & Bacon, as well as popular Greek Specialties, like Lamb Shank, Spinach Pie, Pastitsio, or Moussacia. While waiting as your meal is cooked to order (which is never a long time), you will be entertained with the Diner's retro era atmosphere complete with authentic vintage toys from the owner's childhood lining the shelves, to pictures of movie stars, baseball players and other famous personalities from the past, covering the walls.
The diner originated in the early 1990's on Kanner Highway, owned & operated by Charley Sr. until 2004 when he retired. The family decided to continue the tradition in a smaller 70 seat establishment located on the corner of Indian St & US 1 in Stuart. Charley's Flashback Diner (now known as Flashback Diner) offers an extensive breakfast menu ranging in price from $2.49 to around $6.49 served from 6:00 am and continuing all day, and offers 18 new specials daily. The lunch menu is as diverse their breakfast, offering an uncountable number of hot and cold sandwiches as well as burgers from their famous "Hamburger Heaven"! The diner offers an "Early Bird" Menu starting at 3pm & continuing until 8pm with over 30 dinners, priced from $7.95 to $11.95, including soup, salad, beverage, choice of potatoes, vegetable of the day & desserts made on the premises.
