To keep it fresh, owner Chef Emmanuel Ribeiraud, affectionately known to regulars as Chef Manny, changes the menu daily, choosing only the finest ingredients available, just as you would do in your own kitchen. Only at Brewer's Cafe will you find a French chef that speaks eight languages, selects organic produce from the farmers, and takes turns a chef in the kitchen to maestro at the piano as his gracious wife makes everyone feel at home.
The main attraction at Brewer's is the wholesome, fresh, homemade food. Imagine a plate of fragrant Portuguese Shrimp in Garlic, followed by luscious Chicken Marsala on a bed of pasta, or a plump Pork Chop topped with fresh asparagus, along with a nice, comfortably priced glass of wine. Then cap it off with a Cappuccino and a freshly made dessert.
Brewer's likes a good party, so every Wednesday is Portuguese night. Reservations are highly recommended for this very popular event (772-460-4237). Beginning at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays, guests enjoy scrumptious Spanish Tapas, and on Thursdays, Bikers Night draws motorcycle enthusiasts and their friends and admirers from near and far.
