Calistro Bistro brings that “Farm to Table” mentality from California to Scottsdale, Arizona. All of our products are sourced through the best local and regional organic and sustainable farms here in Arizona and throughout the Western United States. Owner and executive chef, Devin Walsh, has crafted a seasonal menu, incorporating healthy Mediterranean flavors. Our ingredients “speak for themselves,” which is the foundation of our fresh and healthy cuisine. Everything from our pasta, mozzarella and flatbreads to our stocks and sauces are made in house. The wood burning hearth takes front stage in our open kitchen.
