Located at the corner of Central and Van Buren in The Westin Phoenix Downtown, Province is a great everyday option.
Taking cues from the heart of Latin America, Executive Chef Randy Zweiban infuses vibrant and bold Latin flavors and melds it beautifully with American style. The first Province, located in Chicago’s West Loop, opened in 2008 and the restaurant has achieved Gold Level LEED certification for its eco-friendly construction and operations. Province is committed to serving a seasonal based menu using only the finest products available and the ingredients used to craft the dishes and cocktails are sourced from a variety of local, organic, natural and sustainable sources. Our wine list features a selection of biodynamic and sustainable wines from around the world as well as local Arizona wines. Hand crafted cocktails using fresh squeezed spirits and boutique spirits feature Latin inspired favorites and updates on classics.
The dining room is an understated, sophisticated and modern space with a welcoming, relaxing feel. With sustainable cork tabletops, vibrant pink accents, floor to ceiling glass, a living moss wall, petrified mazanita trees suspended upside down from the ceiling, organic kaleidoscope food photography and an intimate bar/lounge, Province is right at home in the new luxurious Westin Phoenix Downtown. The outdoor patio is an urban oasis. Secluded from the bustle of the street, the patio features a dramatic two story waterfall and lush landscaping. An outdoor fireplace is surrounded by dining tables and club chairs for guests to enjoy a meal or share small plates and cocktails.
